El uso previsto de \u00e9sta, es el de fabricaci\u00f3n de muebles.<br \/>\nLa nave se ubica en Quito, capital del Ecuador, en un entorno denominado &#8220;Mitad del Mundo&#8221;. Su geometr\u00eda es rectangular, de 30&#215;45 m (1.350,00 m2) y est\u00e1 distribuida en una sola planta.<br \/>\nEl sistema constructivo elegido ser\u00e1 mediante el dise\u00f1o de p\u00f3rtico a dos aguas con estructura met\u00e1lica ligera en celos\u00eda, y con cerramientos fabricados in situ aprovechando tableros contrachapados, planchas de poliestireno expandido y planchas met\u00e1licas procedentes del reciclado.<br \/>\nLas paredes interiores son de bloque de hormig\u00f3n, paneles prefabricados con estructura met\u00e1lica y cerramientos de vidrio.<br \/>\nLa carpinter\u00eda exterior est\u00e1 constituida por ventanas, puertas exteriores basculantes de plancha met\u00e1lica e interiores de madera reutilizada.<br \/>\nEl c\u00e1lculo estructural se determina a partir de un modelo bidimensional del p\u00f3rtico, mediante el Software ETABS [1]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El proyecto trata de una construcci\u00f3n de nave industrial mediante la reutilizaci\u00f3n de materiales reciclados.
